Our pilates classes are held every Tuesday and Thursday at 6.30pm at the Thornton Community Centre in Penrith.
Our pilates classes are challenging, zero-impact workouts that focus on whole body movements designed to improve strength, core stability, flexibility, tone, posture, mobility and balance.
Our classes are suitable for all fitness levels and we provide beginner, intermediate and advanced options for all movements.
