Our Pilates classes are held every Tuesday and Thursday at 6.30pm at the South Penrith Neighbourhood centre, and we also have an outdoor Pilates class at Nepean River on Tuesdays at 9.30am.
Our Pilates classes are a challenging non impact workout that combines whole body movements with a focus on improving strength, core stability, flexibility, tone, posture, mobility and balance.
Our classes are suitable for all fitness levels as we provide a beginner, intermediate and advanced option for all movements.
