Our pilates classes are held every Tuesday and Thursday at 6.30pm at the Thornton Community Centre in Penrith.

Our pilates classes are challenging, zero-impact workouts that focus on whole body movements designed to improve strength, core stability, flexibility, tone, posture, mobility and balance.

Mums and bubs

Our child and pram-friendly mums and bubs classes are held every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9.30am at Jamison Park in Penrith.

Our mums and bubs sessions provide a safe and supportive return to fitness. They are suitable for both pre- and postnatal mums and have a strong focus on rebuilding core and pelvic floor strength.
