Boot Camp

Not only do we provide the most challenging boot camp sessions in Penrith we're also the most supportive, friendly and results driven team too.

Our boot camps are suitable for all shapes and sizes, all ages and all fitness and strength levels.

Our Pilates classes are held every Tuesday and Thursday at 6.30pm at the South Penrith Neighbourhood centre. We also have a NEW 9.30am Pilates class on Tuesday's at Nepean River.

Our Pilates classes are a challenging non impact workout that combines whole body movements with a focus on improving strength, core stability, flexibility, tone, posture, mobility and balance.

Mums and Bub's

Our child/pram friendly classes are held at Jamison Park Monday/Wednesday/Friday at 9.30am.

Everyone is welcome at these classes (you don't have to be a Mum or Dad, or bring bubs along), but we've made the location of these sessions more convenient for those bringing babies/children along. We also have a strong focus (in all our sessions) on providing safe options for Mums, pre and postnatal, wanting to rebuild their core and pelvic floor.
