BOOT CAMP is an enjoyable and challenging workout that includes both cardiovascular and strength exercises to give you a whole body workout. What you will not receive at my Boot Camp is anyone yelling at you or making you feel bad if you find it difficult to keep up. You will always be pushed to your limits in a supportive and enthusiastic environment.

PILATES is a non-impact workout that brings both mind & body together to strengthen core muscles both front & back, improve flexibility, mobility, posture and muscle tone.
