Our Pilates classes are held every Tuesday and Thursday at 6.30pm at the South Penrith Neighbourhood centre.
Our Pilates classes are a challenging non impact workout that combines whole body movements with a focus on improving strength, core stability, flexibility, tone, posture, mobility and balance.
Our classes are suitable for all fitness levels as we provide a beginner, intermediate and advanced option for all movements.
