I strive to create fun, challenging and tailored programs that use a variety of movements, including body weight, strength, high intensity and endurance exercises, that will break down physical and mental barriers. I am very patient and passionate about showing new movements that suit your needs and will help you reach your goals – which is extremely satisfying to be a part of.
I spend my free time studying to feed my passion for learning. I want to know more about the human body and nutrition. I also love to cook and be creative with new healthy recipes.
My training has progressed dramatically over the last six years, from not being able to do a single sit up to now finding joy in challenging myself and trying new workouts
