I am a fully qualified personal trainer registered with Fitness Australia. My qualifications include Pilates Mat Level I and II, Certified Thump Boxing Instructor (beginners and advanced) and Level 1 Strength and Conditioning Qualification. I also run my own boot camp and outdoor group exercise classes. I’ve been in the fitness industry for over thirteen years, partnering with people of all fitness levels and ages (from 8 to 94 years old) to achieve their fitness goals.

My job as your personal trainer is to do everything possible to help you achieve and maintain your short and long-term goals. In every training session, whether it be group or personal, we will work together to achieve the results you’ve always wanted in a safe and supported timeframe. I will continuously encourage you, I will know your limit and be able to guide you in pushing past it. As your trainer, I look forward to getting to know you and to helping you every step along the way.

As well as being a fitness professional I am also “human” and I have days where I need a little more motivation than others. I believe it is important to have a fun and social life, and believe everything is good in moderation. This is something that I encourage all my clients to work towards.

I understand that going to the gym can be intimidating and that doing exercise on your own can be difficult. I also understand that keeping fit can feel like a chore rather than something enjoyable. However it is because I am a personal trainer – and especially if I am YOUR personal trainer – that I will aim to help you look at fitness from another perspective and to encourage you to challenge yourself. As you can see, my experience allows me to conduct classes that incorporate a variety of exercises so training sessions will never be boring!
