I am qualified personal trainer and pilates instructor. I enjoy teaching a variety of classes from outdoor boot camps to mat and reformer pilates. In addition to this, I have a strong passion for nutrition and love for cooking.
I was first introduced to pilates through competitive horse riding – a hobby I still enjoy today. In an effort to improve my posture and core strength, I fell in love with the control and technique involved with pilates.
After studying a communications degree at university, I made a career change to the health and fitness industry. I began teaching outdoor bootcamps with Designer Body and haven’t looked back!
I am forever grateful that my job includes spending time with positive and motivated people. It is immensely rewarding to see clients improve, obtain results and reach their goals!
