I am a fully qualified personal trainer registered with Fitness Australia. My qualifications include Pilates Mat Level I and II, Certified Thump Boxing Instructor (beginners and advanced) and Level 1 Strength and Conditioning Qualification. I also run my own boot camp and outdoor group exercise classes. I’ve been in the fitness industry for over thirteen years, partnering with people of all fitness levels and ages (from 8 to 94 years old) to achieve their fitness goals.
When it comes to living a healthy lifestyle, it is vital to also have a healthy mindset. To achieve this you need a balance between training and nutrition. My goal is help you accomplish this. I want to equip you with the knowledge, skills and resources to attain this balance. Whether you are a beginner or advanced, my approach to nutrition is to be accessible and simple, and pair it with a good training regime.
I’ve been a personal trainer for six years and I love it! During this time I've trained a range of clients, all with different goals, at different ages and with different schedules. I also do group boot camp sessions, small groups and one-on-one training.
