I am a fully qualified personal trainer registered with fitness Australia. I have qualifications such as Pilates mat Level 1 & 2, certified “Thump” boxing instructor for beginners and advanced, level 1 strength and conditioning qualification and I also run my own Boot Camp and outdoor group exercise classes. I’ve been in the industry for over thirteen years dealing with people of many fitness levels and ages ranging from 8-94 years of age.
When it comes to living a healthy lifestyle, it is vital to also have a healthy mindset. To achieve this you need a balance between training and nutrition. My goal is help you accomplish this.
I want to equip you with the knowledge, skills and resources to attain this balance. Whether you are beginner or advanced, my approach to nutrition is to be accessible and simple and pair it with a good training regime.
Hey! I'm Ashlee, I’ve been a personal trainer for 6 years and I love it! During this time I've trained a range of clients, all with different goals, ages, schedules. I also do group Bootcamp sessions, small groups and 1 on 1 training. No matter what your goal is, whether it’s big or small, short or long term, I’ll be there to guide you every step of the way. I am qualified personal trainer and Pilates instructor. I enjoy teaching a variety of classes from outdoor bootcamps to mat and reformer Pilates. In addition, I have a strong passion for nutrition and love for cooking.
I was first introduced to the world of Pilates through competitive horse riding - a hobby I still enjoy today! In an effort to improve my posture and core strength I fell in love with the control and technique involved with Pilates.
I am a Master qualified Personal Trainer. I am currently studying a Bachelor of Nutrition and Health Science. My philosophy is balance, particularly lifestyle balance. Fitness and health have been a major influence in my life. From a young age I was obsessed with all different sports from basketball, to tennis and dancing. In recent years I have learnt what works for me, but I always enjoy variety in my life. This growth has translated into my passion for training others, and developing programs based on their individual goals and bodies. To me, exercise and fitness is another aspect of your day. My biggest goal and aim as a personal trainer is listening and tuning into your body allowing it to work with you, not against you. My favourite part of personal training and bootcamp is the development of my clients, and how much they grow through each session. Within this growth is learning about what food works for you, and how we can work together to improve or adjust your lifestyle in order to reach your goals.
