I strive to create fun, challenging and tailored programs that use a variety of movements; body weight, strength, high intensity and endurance exercises that will break down physical and mental barriers. I am very patient and passionate about showing new movements that suit your needs and ensure to help you reach your goals, which is extremely satisfying to be apart of.
I spend my free time studying; I have a passion for learning. I want to know more about the human body and nutrition. I also love to cook and be creative with new healthy recipes. My training has progressed dramatically over the last 6 years from not being able to do a single sit up to now finding joy in challenging myself and trying new workouts
I enjoy long distance running, weight lifting and sessions that will push my limits. I am driven by constantly setting new fitness goals and the satisfaction that comes from achieving them.
