I am a Master qualified Personal Trainer. I am currently studying a Bachelor of Nutrition and Health Science. My philosophy is balance, particularly lifestyle balance. Fitness and health have been a major influence in my life. From a young age I was obsessed with all different sports from basketball, to tennis and dancing. In recent years I have learnt what works for me, but I always enjoy variety in my life. This growth has translated into my passion for training others, and developing programs based on their individual goals and bodies. To me, exercise and fitness is another aspect of your day. My biggest goal and aim as a personal trainer is listening and tuning into your body allowing it to work with you, not against you. My favourite part of personal training and bootcamp is the development of my clients, and how much they grow through each session. Within this growth is learning about what food works for you, and how we can work together to improve or adjust your lifestyle in order to reach your goals.
