I am a fully qualified personal trainer registered with fitness Australia. I have qualifications such as Pilates mat Level 1 & 2, certified “Thump” boxing instructor for beginners and advanced, level 1 strength and conditioning qualification and I also run my own Boot Camp and outdoor group exercise classes. I’ve been in the industry for over thirteen years dealing with people of many fitness levels and ages ranging from 8-94 years of age.
When it comes to living a healthy lifestyle, it is vital to also have a healthy mindset. To achieve this you need a balance between training and nutrition. My goal is help you accomplish this.
I want to equip you with the knowledge, skills and resources to attain this balance. Whether you are beginner or advanced, my approach to nutrition is to be accessible and simple and pair it with a good training regime.
