Family lost a combined 89kg!

Trudi wanted to lose weight and improve her general health and wellbeing. Having high expectations of herself, and not seeing the results she desperately wanted after 2 weeks she was ready to quit.

Deciding that this was no longer an option, she dedicated at least 2 hrs per week to her training, and in a little over 12mths lost 32 kg (36 ½% of her body weight).

She has now maintained it for just over another 12mths, finding she misses the exercise when she’s unable to do it.
